Housing in Zanzibar...

I've found a few options for us to take a look at in Zanzibar...rentals for a week are really reasonable, especially since it will be about 8-10 of us splitting it. Right now, it looks like most around right around 200-300 for the entire week, each, which is awesome...and many are right on the beach. What I don't know about is location, so anyone who has an idea of where we want to be let me know and we can go from there...

will most of us be home over christmas break to get together again?
